Westward 360 is looking to add a Seasonal Part-Time Pool Attendant to join our growing team. This position will be active starting Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is no prior experience needed to be considered for this position. 

Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family and single-unit properties. 

This position will work on-site at one of the largest properties that we manage, a high-rise condominium in the Gold Coast.

 

What we offer:

  • Compensation range of $17-$18/HR
  • Weekly schedule: SAT & SUN 7:30am - 4pm (+ Holiday Monday’s)

 

What you’ll do / Active schedule:

8AM-9AM

  • Check the pool mechanical room and relay any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Clean the pool and check chemical levels (chlorine and PH), add chemicals as needed.
  • Arrange pool furniture and pick up litter/debris as needed. 
  • Inspect garbage containers and remove garbage if full.
  • Check grills for cleanliness and to make sure they are properly working.

9AM-10AM

  • Check grills for cleanliness and to make sure they are properly working.
  • Check bathrooms for garbage and litter, stock of paper products, and clean toilets if needed.
  • Check that all lights are operational and replace bulbs if needed.

 

10AM-3PM

  • Monitor pool for continued cleanliness.
  • Confirm that guests have a guest tag/pass. 
  • Assist guests by checking them in/out as needed.
  • Monitor to ensure there is no smoking on the pool deck or lower deck.
  • Monitor to ensure there is no glass allowed of any kind on the pool deck. 

3PM-4:30PM

  • Arrange pool deck and lower deck furniture and cushions.
  • Pick up litter/debris as needed.
  • Inspect and remove garbage if needed. 
  • Check grills for operation and cleanliness.
  • Check bathrooms for garbage and litter, stock of paper products, and clean toilets if needed.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Reliability - must be able to work every weekend!
  • Ability to communicate with guests and on-site maintenance staff as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
